Notes

This was a strange season, with traditional promotion and relegation on hold; instead teams were playing for position in the expanded NCL which would start -- following the arrival of teams previously in the Norfolk Conference -- in 2004.
Gt Melton did well: their A and B teams winning Divison 6 and 8 respectively.
Watton did not so well; their A team won Div 7, whilst their first team were in the relegation bracket from Div 5. In an 'ordinary' year, this would have resulted in Watton A in Div 5 (after accelerated promotion) and Watton in Div 6!
