Notes

Once again, there was no team relegated from the Norfolk Alliance, despite champions Coltishall being promoted. So the NCL was reduced, although 3 new teams, two of them B teams from clubs in the NA, joined Div 8, to swell the numbers back to 79 at the start. Unfortunately, Loddon A (Div 7) and Ashmanhaugh A (Div 5) were forced to withdraw through lack of players.

First season of the revised and expanded Fair Play scheme, in which each home side gives Away side a mark out of 10 for fair play and good spirit.
