Cricket in general ...

A new website dedicated to the League Cricketers' Association - a members only association who are targeting all the club cricketers in the UK and the people that have an involvement in club cricket. We want to reward all the people that have spent lots of time and effort making club cricket so enjoyable for thousands.

The most popular will probably be Lords - the home of cricket and Cricinfo - which calls itself the home of cricket on the Internet. This is an amazing site, with up-to-date news and scores from around the world.

Try the excellent Cricket Statistics for Windows program from Grahame Giddings. I have been using this program since 1995 and can thoroughly recommend it. It has been revamped several times and a new version (4.34) can be downloaded (evaluation copy) from his website.

HowzStat compiles an amazing array of up-to-date cricket information ... whilst budding statisticians could try the Association of Cricket Statisticians site. Umpires and Scorers should visit the site for the Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers

ANTS has links to cricket clubs all around the world ... whilst The UK Local Cricket Forum - has an excellent message board, as well as loads of other links. Try the Fixture List if you have any space in your calendars ...

If you are interested in writing about - or reading about the game, it might be worth visiting . This is a new site dedicated to creative writing on the game. Based in Norwich, the site is generating more and more interest - we have received stories from around the world including Sri Lanka, India, Mali, Brazil and Peru and have had the support of both npower and are currently offering five cricket bats signed by the England Test Team as prizes in a competition - a good fund raiser for local clubs?
